
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to limited seating and event logistics, our refund policy is as follows for our Craftin’ Destinations events:
- No refunds will be issued unless we are able to fill your seat from our waitlist or through resale.
- If your seat is successfully filled, less the $100 non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your refund amount.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] at least one week prior to the event date. If we are unable to fill your seat, arrangements will be made to get all gifts, prizes and pillow gifts to you in a timely manner.
